Help clients structure their estate plans to minimize or avoid the probate process, which can be time-consuming and costly.

Draft wills and  various types of trusts, such as revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, and special needs trusts. These legal documents outline how assets and property will be distributed upon the client's death.

Assist in creating durable powers of attorney, which designate individuals to make financial and legal decisions on the client's behalf if they become incapacitated.

Help clients create advance healthcare directives, which specify their wishes for medical treatment in the event they cannot communicate their preferences due to illness or injury.

If necessary, establish guardianships for minor children or conservatorships for incapacitated adults.

I work with elderly clients to address issues related to long-term care, Medicaid, and other legal matters specific to seniors.
